- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have original tags attached.
- Items must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.
- Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Additionally, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories cannot be returned.
2. Return Process:
- Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
3. Return Shipping:
- JSBlueRidge does not provide pre-paid return labels. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items to us.
4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
- Failure to report such issues in a timely manner may affect your eligibility for store credit.
